How to apply

 

(1) Online application                         

To apply for your child at Al Hoda Azhar Language Institute, you will need to fill in an online application. After successfully submitting your application, you will receive an online application number. Save this number for future reference. Check the school website for the opening date for online applications.

 

(2) Tests and Interview

If your child has been selected for an interview (as per admission requirements and provided there are available vacancies), you will be contacted by the school by phone to set an appointment for your child’s assessment and interview. You will be required to come to school on the assigned date and bring a few documents along (copy of student’s birth certificate, recent photo of student, copies of parents’ IDs). Parents must attend on the day of the child’s assessment / interview.

 

(3) Acceptance

Admission acceptance results will be available on the school website. You will be able to check the results of your child’s admission using the online application number you received at the time of application.

 

(4) School Visit

After the tests and interview, if the child is accepted, you will be contacted to visit the school once again to submit the rest of the required documents. In case of no show on the day of your appointment, your child’s application will be automatically dismissed.

 

Required Documents

Before admitting your child at Al-Hoda, you are required to provide us with the following:

  •  6 passport size photos of child.
  • Copy of parent’s ID.
  • Child’s birth certificate or official copy of birth certificate.
  • Child’s health certificate with record of vaccinations.
  • Certificate of child’s enrollment in previous nursery or school (required for Nursery and Year 1 children only).

 

For Transfer Students:

  • Request for transfer from previous school.
  • Results of previous years exams from the previous school educational zone.

Note: Non-Egyptians and returning Egyptians should contact Office of Student Affairs for the list of required documents.
