A new experience? Maybe, but a thrilling one, for sure!
Primary 5, Primary 6, Preparatory and Secondary spent the night in their small tents that were scattered all over the school’s play court. Students were divided into groups and each group had its own flag and motto. There were many thrilling activities ranging from legged-races and obstacle-races to volley ball and football matches. Treasure Hunt was definitely the highlight of the day.
As night pulled in, the aroma of barbeque spread in every corner of the school. The day was a pure delight as students gathered around the campfire to chat and get some warmth along with some roasted marshmallows.
It was a great learning experience as it added to students many values such as responsibility, cooperation, independence and most of all: being a team player.
